  • Do I need a special Driver's License to drive a van?

    You do not need a special class Driver’s License to drive one of our vans.

  • Do I need insurance or can I use my own?

    You will need to purchase insurance through Roamly. As you complete your reservation the system will prompt you on the type of coverage.

  • What kind of vans do you rent?

    We mainly rent Ford Transit but we are always looking to expand our flet to Mercedes Benz Sprinters and Ram ProMaster.

  • Are there any mileage restrictions?

    Our daily mileage restriction is 125 miles per day.

  • Can I drive the van anywhere?

    The vans can be driven on the highway and well maintained dirt roads, offroading is not allowed. 

  • Do you deliver your van or do we go to you to pick-up the van?

    We don’t deliver or do “drop offs” you will come to us.

  • Do you have a minimum night stay?

    Yes, our minimum stay is two nights. If you book 7+ nights you will get a 10% discount and 28+ nights a 25% discount (may vary during peak season).

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The renter is responsible for 50% of booking total if canceling up to 14 days before pickup, then 100% for remaining days. 

  • Can I bring pets?

    We do allow you to bring your furry friend on your adventure ($25/day).

  • Where can I park the van?

    We recommend the iOverlander app, it will let you know where you can park especially in the city.

  • Where can I fill the water tank?

    The iOverlander app will let you know where you can refill the water tank.

  • Where can I empty the toilet?

    The iOverlander app will let you know where you can dispose of our cassette toilet. This will also apply for our gray water system.
